This is where you post your application, whether you are finished or not. If you are not finished, you have a week to complete the application before it is deleted. When you do finish, post in the notification thread with a link to your app, so that an administrator can accept you. Afterwards, make sure you fill our the claims so that the admins don't have to search and do it for you.
